ホイヤー/オータヴィア2446C/アルゼンチン空軍/クロノグラフ/HEUER AUTAVIA for “Argentine Air Force” Ref.2446C Chronograph

TAG社に買収される前の良き時代”ホイヤー社”のクロノグラフ、オータヴィアのアルゼンチン空軍に納品された中の1本。ムーブメントはバルジュー72で、当時最高のクロノグラフとされ、手巻きデイトナなども同じバルジュー72ベースでした。
ホイヤー時代のバルジュー72ベースのクロノグラフは、今、世界中で注目されています。カレラもオータヴィアもデザインがカッコいいです。勿論、実用性も兼ね備えていて、人気が出るのは当然の事だと思われます。

話を、アルゼンチン空軍のオータヴィアに戻しますが、センターセコンド（クロノ針）が赤で、ミニッツサークルの5分刻みの部分も赤、そして裏蓋にアルゼンチン空軍のマークと3桁のナンバーが刻印されているのが、この時計の代表的な特徴です。正確な製造本数は不明ですが、極端に少ないことは事実です。

非常に作りもデザインも良いので、今後楽しみな1本になる事でしょう。

OHも行っておりますので、スタートボタンの感触などは最高です。手巻きのクロノグラフはやはり良いですね。

A chronograph “Autavia” from the good old days of Heuer, before it was acquired by TAG. This is one of the watches delivered to the Argentine Air Force. The movement was the Valjoux 72, considered the best chronograph of its time, and the hand-wind Daytona was based on the same Valjoux 72.

The Valjoux 72-based chronographs of the Heuer era are now attracting worldwide attention. Both Carrera and Autavia have cool designs. Of course, they are also very practical, so it seems only natural that they would be popular.

Returning to the Autavia of the Argentine Air Force, the typical features of this watch are that the center seconds (chrono hand) is red, the five-minute increments on the minute circle are also red, and the mark of the Argentine Air Force and its three-digit number are engraved on the back of the watch. The exact number of pieces produced is unknown, but it is true that they are extremely rare.

It is very well made and designed, and will be one to look forward to in the future.

The watch has been OH’d, so the start button feels great. The hand-wound chronograph is still very good.
